Welcome to Iyengar Yoga

I am an Iyengar yoga teacher and mum of two. I have been practising yoga for approaching twenty years. l believe everyone should be able to nourish their own physical and mental wellbeing. I became a teacher so I could share all I have learnt. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled into a yoga class at university, and I want you to be too.

I live in Buxted, near Uckfield and offer group classes in High Hurstwood, or individual sessions at my home.

Classes offer a warm and inclusive welcome to all students. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have a little more experience on the mat. I want people to be reassured; being bendy is not what matters. We practise for ourselves and are a team cheering each other on.
