Are classes suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely. So many people feel unsure about coming to class if they haven't tried yoga before, or aren't very flexible. This is not a problem, I am used to working with groups that have different experience levels. You are in safe hands. I really hope you take the plunge and come, we all start somewhere.

What do I need to wear?

Wear something comfortable that you would wear to do exercise in. The key here is that you can move around easily. You will possibly need a warmer layer and pair of socks in cooler months for the relaxation at the end of class.

What do I need to bring?

I provide the basic equipment you will need but if you have your own yoga mat and equipment you are welcome to bring it along. 

Due to Covid 19, you will need to bring a face mask with you to wear into the building, and for going to the toilet. I will provide hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes.

I have a medical condition, injury or health concern, can I come?

In nearly all circumstances, yes. When you book your place I will send out a medical questionnaire for you to complete before coming to class. We can go from there. Please be assured all information shared is confidential.
