Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop
Saturday 24th of July 2021, 10am - 1.30pm
Join Tash and guest mindfulness teacher Hazel Ettridge for a yoga and mindfulness workshop at High Hurstwood village hall.
The day will start with an uplifting yoga class followed by an introduction to mindfulness workshop. The day will end with a restorative yoga session to leave you feeling relaxed. Refreshments will be provided.

Practising mindfulness can be a very gentle way to bring a sense of harmony to our relationship with body and mind. We can use mindfulness to increase relaxation and a sense of wellbeing, but also strengthen our resilience when facing situations that are more turbulent.

In the one hour mindfulness session we will use simple meditation techniques and mindful body awareness to discover the stillness and peace that is always available to us.
